All of our products are purchased directly from manufacturers that have been thoroughly vetted. You can rest assured, knowing that CanadaPeds will provide you with the highest quality products in the Canadian market.

Can you help me with my Steroid or Sarms cycle or answer my questions about product use?

We are not doctors or medical professionals and we do not recommend or condone the use of any of the products on this website without medical supervision. CanadaPeds does not take responsibility for how the products on this website are used. We strongly suggest that you seek advice from a doctor prior to using Steroids or Sarms.

What do “Pharmacy grade” and “Canadian Pharmacy Grade” mean?

Any item that is listed as Pharmacy grade is manufactured by a Pharmaceutical Grade company.

Canadian Pharmacy Grade items are items that are manufactured by Canadian Pharmaceutical Grade Manufacturers. Any item that has its brand listed as “Canadian Pharmacy Grade” is an item that is made by a Canadian Pharmaceutical grade Manufacturer. Canada has multiple Pharmacutical Grade manufacturers, such as Actavis, Teva & Apotex.

When you place an order for an item that has its brand listed as “Canadian Pharmacy Grade” then your item will be from one of Canada’s Pharmacy Grade manufacturers. Our stock can vary from different manufacturers depending on availability and we CANNOT accept requests for one brand over another. But we guarantee that your product will be from a Canadian Pharmaceutical grade company. There is no difference in quality from one brand over another, as they are all Canadian Pharmaceutical grade manufacturers.

Shipping Questions

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Canada and we only service those located in Canada. We do not offer international shipping.

Which company do you ship with and how long does shipping take?

All of our packs are shipped with Canada Post Xpress Post

Please note that orders can take anywhere from 1-3 business days to be shipped. Once your package is shipped, the shipping speed with Canada Post Xpress Post is 1-4 business days.

Although Canada Post typically delivers within the 1-4 business days timeframe, it is important to understand that in the event that they do take longer, we will not be responsible. We are not a shipping company and have no way of controlling the speed of the mail. The stated 1-4 business days delivery time, is simply quoted as per Canada Post’s website for the Xpress Post service.
 

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of Xpress Shipping is $25 flat.
Orders over $1000 receive free shipping!
 

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

You can use the tracking number to track the status of your order on CanadaPost’s website.

Please note that it may sometimes take up to 24-48 hours until a tracking number displays on CanadaPost’s website. There is no need to panic if the tracking number you have been provided with does not work immediately.

Can I sign for my order?

Yes, you can. You have the option of choosing to sign or to not sign for your pack at our checkout page.

If you do choose to sign for your pack, then it is impossible for Canada Post to ever lose a pack. The chances of Canada Post losing a pack or misdelivering are slim to none, but by choosing to sign, then that very small risk is eradicated.

I made a mistake and gave you the wrong shipping address. What can I do about it?

CanadaPeds cannot be held responsible if you give us the wrong mailing address. Please double check your address to ensure that it is correct.

We cannot assist in any way if your order is shipped to an incorrect address, as changes cannot be made to the address of an order once it has been shipped. If your package is sent to the wrong address, we will not be able to retrieve it or reship it. Our return address is not real, so the package will not be returned to us. In such circumstances, our job as the vendor has been fulfilled and there will be no action taken on our end.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide us with the correct/full shipping address and to ensure that your address is capable of accepting packages. We have a clear warning sign at check out in red font which states to please double check all your shipping details prior to submitting your order. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Can my pack be seized by customs?

We only offer to ship within Canada. Packs that are shipped within Canada cannot be seized by customs, as they are domestic. You do not have to worry about customs when you shop with us.

According to Canada Post, my pack has been delivered, but I did not get anything?

If Canada Post’s website states that a pack has been delivered, then we consider it as delivered. There is no refund/complete re-ship policy in place in such occurrence, as there is no way for us to verify if the claim of the pack not being received despite a delivery scan is false or true. Additionally, there is the possibility of your pack being stolen at your residence/property which is not our responsibility. We always recommend that our clients opt for the signature required upon delivery option at check out as this guarantees that you receive your package.
 
We will offer a 50% re-ship in the event that a package is stolen or lost. 
 
What Currency Are Your Prices In?
Prices are in CAD (Canadian dollars).

Is There A Minimum Order?

No! We do not have a minimum order.

How can I make payment?

Our payment methods are Bitcoin and Email Money Transfer. We do not accept Credit cards or Paypal.

Can I exchange or return items?

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept any returns. There is no refund or exchange policy in place. Once an order is processed, the order is finalized. We cannot cancel or change the order. 

I have a concern about your products, what can I do about it?

Customer service and product quality are the foundation of our business. All our products are lab tested and/or from Pharmaceutical Grade Manufacturers. Therefore, we will only accept any product concerns that are supported through third-party laboratory testing or laboratory bloodwork. We cannot accept any product concerns that stem solely from anecdotal feedback, as that is simply not an acceptable means of gauging the effectiveness of a molecule.
